Newly-recruited Executive Reps are encouraged to get their businesses off to a quick start and sell as many products as they can so they can take advantage of the 20% Retail Bonus while it lasts. Also, this promo gives you a perfect occasion to mentor new Reps about the importance of reaching the $750 Personal Sales level and staying there. Here are all the details on how the promotion works …

Enrollment Period: The enrollment period begins May 1, 2013 and ends September 30, 2013. As an added incentive and an encouragement for you to continue recruiting this month, we will also include any Field Reps that sign up during April 2013 in the enrollment period.

Eligibility Period: Newly-recruited Field Reps are eligible to receive the 20% Retail Bonus the month they sign up during the enrollment period and the next three months following their sign-up.

Criteria: The newly-recruited Field Rep must meet the following two criteria to qualify for the 20% Retail Bonus in a given month: (1) be an Executive Field Rep and (2) have at least $50.00 in Personal Sales.

In an effort to help you better understand this promotion, here are three different scenarios:

Scenario #1: A recruit signs up as an Executive Field Rep on May 5th. This Field Rep is eligible for the 20% Retail Bonus for the remainder of the month of May, as well as all of June, July and August. After August 31st, the Retail Bonus reverts to the standard amount.

Scenario #2: A recruit signs up as a basic Field Rep on May 5th, and then upgrades to Executive Field Rep status on July 5th. This Field Rep is eligible for the 20% Retail Bonus for the remainder of the month of July and all of August. After August 31st, the Retail Bonus reverts to the standard amount.

Scenario #3: A recruit signs up as an Executive Field Rep on July 20th. This Field Rep is eligible for the 20% Retail Bonus for the remainder of the month of July, as well as all of August, September and October. After October 31st, the Retail Bonus reverts to the standard amount.

Of course, it is to your advantage to work with the Reps in your organization to achieve $750.00 or more in Personal Sales, so they never risk dropping below the 20% Retail Bonus level.
